Shipping Information

Delivery Options

  • Local Pickup (Christchurch): Available for all orders. Pick up times can be arranged by contacting us directly.
  • Freight Quote: For larger items and karts, we provide custom freight quotes. Submit your order and we'll contact you with shipping options and costs.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup or has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. For smaller parts, we use standard courier services. Larger items like karts require freight services, and we'll provide a quote before finalizing your order.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email so you can monitor your delivery progress.

Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Include proof of purchase
  • Special order items may not be eligible for return

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@findlaymotorsport.com to initiate a return
  2. We'll provide you with return instructions and an RMA number if required
  3. Package the item securely with all original materials
  4. Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs may apply)
  5. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
